Refund policy

At BalVriksh, we strive to provide the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving the product. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us immediately within 3 days of delivery
  • Share images/videos as proof for verification
  • You can choose either:
    • Replacement, or
    • Full refund

Note: The product must be returned with original packaging and all contents.

b) Incorrect Product Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered:

  • Inform us within 3 days of delivery
  • After verification, we will:
    • Replace the product, or
    • Issue a full refund

📌 Note: The product must be unused and returned with original packaging.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within the specified timeframe
  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must not be damaged or discarded
  • The product must reach us within 15 days of delivery
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3 working days after approval
  • The amount will be credited within 7–15 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider
  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment

📌 In some cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on product condition and verification.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
